Welcome! No matter what has brought you to this moment, I believe in your resilience and innate ability to overcome adversity. Your truth is honored and important to me, as you are the expert on your story. My intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where you are able to release the beliefs that have limited you, and begin to live as your most authentic self.
Approach to Healing
The words Rooted, Resilient, and Rising describe the 3 Phase Model used in trauma healing. While the 3 Phase Model provides a framework, healing is rarely linear. Your process, timing, and expertise are always respected.
Phase 1
Rooted
In the beginning we are building a sense of safety and stability within the therapeutic relationship and within you, through grounding, mindfulness, and other various practices.
Phase 2
Resilient
In this phase we explore your story more deeply and all the ways you have learned to survive. It is normal to experience grief around things that have happened and also things that didn’t happen.
Phase 3
Rising
In the final phase we focus on integration, empowerment, and a return to your
authentic self.
“Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it”
– Brene Brown

Request Appointment
Provide us with some preliminary information about yourself and a member of our team will be in touch to schedule your appointment.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate In writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider youchoose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call Laura Herlihy, Office Manager, at (602) 730-4391.

About Me
I am passionate about supporting women and emerging adults through life transitions, religious/spiritual concerns, grief, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, integrative, and holistic. As a holistic practitioner, I like to notice how the mind, body, and spirit connect. I have found that drawing on experiential therapy practices allows clients to gain deeper insight into their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns. I incorporate Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as appropriate. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for healing trauma.
I have lived in Flagstaff, AZ for over 25 years and consider this mountain town my home. I enjoy spending time in nature with family and friends, cooking, attending yoga classes, and hiking. My work as a therapist is truly an honor and I feel privileged to walk beside you on your journey. I genuinely look forward to meeting you!
